The Tandir-Knife II is a cutting machine to cut meat like cut doner kebabs, gyros and shawarma from a spit. The machines of our brand TANDIR were developed and patented by us in Germany and are still built by us in Germany (Braunschweig). We focus on quality and longlife, this is why our motor is a costum-made product from maxon engine made in Switzerland. The metal and plastic parts are made by our own factory in Türkiye (Aydin) and also for the other components we are only using the best of their branch. We currently offer our machine in three sizes. The number (100/120/140) refers to the circumference of the circular knife in millimeters.
